Privacy policy

What we process

The signature generator runs entirely in your browser. Details you type or upload (names, titles, emails, phones, CSV files) are not transmitted to or stored by us. Your settings may be saved in your own browser's localStorage, which you can clear at any time.

Licence validation

After payment, your browser sends the Stripe checkout session ID to our server, which asks Stripe whether it is paid and returns a signed licence key. When you activate a licence, the key is sent to our server to check its signature. We do not store either in a database or log them.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe (including Stripe's Managed Payments merchant-of-record service). Stripe collects your name, email, billing and payment details under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We never see your full card details. We receive order details (name, email, order amount) to provide support.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process IP addresses and request logs for security and performance. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold (in practice only order data). Contact us via our contact form. You may complain to the ICO (UK) or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
