Refund & cancellation policy

The Team Pack is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing will renew.

If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase via our contact form with your Stripe receipt number. No questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and the licence key is revoked.

By requesting immediate access to digital content you acknowledge the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content may otherwise end on download; we voluntarily offer the 14-day refund anyway.
